主人是位布衣老者，指尖捻起茶匙的动作轻如拂尘。他总说茶有性情，需知时节、懂水土，更要惜缘。案上的茶器各有故事：粗陶盖碗来自景德镇的老匠人，青瓷公道杯是旅途中偶然所得，连竹制茶则都透着经年摩挲的温润。

三五茶客围坐，看热水注入时茶叶舒展的姿态，听壶盖轻响如自然私语。从明前茶的鲜爽聊到岩茶的岩骨花香，话题随茶汤渐浓，最后都化作唇边回甘。

茶过三巡，有人临窗写几笔书法，有人静静翻着茶经，老者则在茶案前重新布席。原来品茶从不是目的，而是借一片叶子的滋味，寻回生活本该有的从容与专注。
突然，“美女”一词令我想起“太湖三宝”之一的银鱼。据说那是古代一个面目姣好的女子，丈夫被征做苦力去了，她长途跋涉，寻夫不见，日夜痛哭，珠泪凝化成鱼。寸把长的银鱼，洁白晶莹，确是娇美得很。对了，以后再有人问我有没有私房菜，或许我可以用银鱼来说事，将白白的银鱼和黄黄的鸡蛋相炒，放上香香的料酒，洒上绿绿的葱末，做一道家常的银鱼炒蛋，然后取个名儿叫“寒香冷落蝶先知”或者叫“黄花开迟见凌霜”。哈哈，以后你来苏州，保管让你尝一尝我的“私房菜”，哼，是不是很享受？^-^曾发于
